RT-90 is an ideal cationic surfactant for fabric softener or textile softener. The raw materials of this product are from pure natural plants, biodegradable, non-toxic, non-irritating, safe and hygienic. It can be used to formulate 3%-20% concentration products, without stratification, and can be compounded with non-ionic, cationic and weak cationic silicone oil.
